1ºA celebrates Groundhog's Day!

Our pupils in 1ºA learnt about a very peculiar celeration in the U.S., and Canada: Groundhog's Day! They completed a booklet (they read it aloud, played different games, and made their own predictions for the Winter -short, or long one-, and coloured it) to understand, and appreciate this Festivity in the English Spoken World, which is linked to the seasons of the year, the weather forecast lexicon, and it is cultural. We had a fantastic session! Well done, 1ºA! :-D
